Welcome to Harigo. By accessing or using the Harigo website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by Harigo from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.
1. Service Availability
Harigo provides an online technology platform that connects passengers with independent driver partners, vehicle owners, and transportation service providers. Harigo does not own transportation vehicles unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Account Registration
To access certain services, users may be required to create an account. Users agree that:

Users are responsible for ensuring that services meet their requirements, information provided is accurate, and all applicable laws are followed while using Harigo services. Harigo shall not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on Harigo, including logos, branding, software, designs, layouts, graphics, and text content is owned by or licensed to Harigo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Links
Harigo may provide links to third-party websites or services solely for convenience. Harigo does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party websites.
9. Driver and Passenger Conduct
Passengers and Drivers agree to maintain respectful behavior, not to engage in illegal activities, not to damage vehicles or property, and not to harass, threaten, or abuse any user. Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
10. Safety and Verification
Harigo may conduct Driver, Vehicle, and Identity verification as well as fraud detection checks. Harigo reserves the right to reject or remove any user who fails verification requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harigo shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, or delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, accidents, or force majeure events. Harigo acts as a technology platform facilitating transportation services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Harigo services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
13. Booking Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation rules are designed to ensure fair service for both passengers and driver partners:
Passenger Cancellation
- Passengers may cancel bookings through the Harigo Mobile App, Website, or Customer Support.
- Cancellation charges may apply based on time remaining before pickup, driver allocation status, and distance already traveled by the driver.
- Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be displayed before confirmation.
Driver Cancellation
- Drivers should avoid unnecessary cancellations after accepting rides.
- Repeated cancellations may result in temporary suspension, reduced visibility, or permanent account termination.
14. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds shall be processed through the original payment method. Estimated refund timelines are as follows:
Refund Processing Times
- UPI Payments: 1–3 Business Days
- Wallet Payments: Instant to 24 Hours
- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 Business Days
- Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days

15. Promotional Offers
Certain promotional offers, referral programs, discount coupons, franchise programs, and loyalty rewards may have additional Terms & Conditions. By participating, users agree to comply with those specific terms.
